Private Table – 14 May 2026

The Private Table is our most intimate experience only 4 seats, arranged around the kitchen itself. You watch every dish as it is built, ask every question that comes to mind, and taste each course moments after it leaves the pan.The menu is decided the morning of the dinner, based on what the markets offer. Expect rare regional dishes, ingredients you may not have met before, and pairings chosen by hand. It is part dinner, part conversation, part lesson and entirely yours for the evening.

    Saffron rice, barberries, slow-braised chicken, pistachio.

    Pomegranate molasses, toasted walnut, duck confit.

    Saffron and rosewater ice cream, frozen cream shards, pistachio.
  • VIIChai & Mignardises
    Persian black tea, saffron rock candy, date-walnut petits fours.
