The Beginning

From a Family Kitchen
to a Private Table

Adresse Privée was born from love — for gathering, for beauty, for the poetry of Persian hospitality.
It began with family recipes whispered through generations, from Tehran to Isfahan and
Shiraz, and deepened through journeys across the Alborz mountains, where we fell in love with the wild, soulful flavors of the Caspian north.

Saffron, smoke, pomegranate, herbs — flavors that linger like memories.

Every dish carries a story.
Every supper begins with an invitation.

What started as sharing something intimate with those we loved became a desire to open
that feeling to others.

Adresse Privée is our way of setting a table for wonder, warmth and connection — where
strangers meet, stories unfold, and an evening can feel suspended in time.

THE HOST

The Kitchen Lives in Me

In Persian culture, the kitchen is never just a place to cook — it is a place of life: of laughter, of reunions, of stories, of quiet generosity.

It is where I first learned what warmth truly means.

The sound of family gathered,
the fragrance of saffron and fresh herbs in the air,
the fire, the heat — a table always meant to be shared.

This has been the rhythm of my life since childhood.

In Persian culture, feeding others is never simply hospitality — it is affection, it is pride, it is celebration.

That is what shaped me.

Through Adresse Privée, I share the Persian spirit of hosting that lives within me —
a table where generosity comes naturally, where food gathers people, and where every supper carries the warmth of home.

Because in Persian culture, to feed someone well is one of the purest forms of love

THE LAND

Persia is not merely a country, but a world unto itself.

One of the world’s oldest civilizations — where empire, poetry and beauty have flourished for millennia.

From the palaces of Persepolis to the gardens of Shiraz, from ancient trade routes to saffron fields and royal feasts, Persia shaped not only a cuisine, but a civilization of refinement.

An empire of fire, fragrance and abundance.
A culture where hospitality became an art.

Every supper at Adresse Privée carries an echo of that grandeur.

THE LAND

Iran — Where Civilization
Was Carved in Stone

Two and a half millennia ago, Persia gave the world poetry, art, and the refinement of the table. From the columns of Persepolis to the gardens of Shiraz, from Hafez and Rumi to the saffron fields of Khorasan — every dish we serve carries an echo of this ancient land.
