The Balcony Barbecue is our most intimate Persian dining experience, limited to only a few guests. Set on a private balcony overlooking the calm of the home, the evening unfolds around live charcoal grilling, where Kabab Torsh is prepared slowly over fire, infused with walnuts, pomegranate molasses, and fresh herbs.
You watch each skewer come to life over the flames, ask about every ingredient, and taste each bite just moments after it leaves the grill. Alongside the barbecue, traditional sides like saffron rice and seasonal Persian starters complete the table.The menu is shaped on the day of the dinner, guided by fresh market ingredients and the mood of the evening. Expect bold northern Persian flavors, seasonal produce, and recipes prepared in their most honest form.
